I initially went to dick & jane because of a great coupon type deal. Kerri provides such great care with professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency at the same time making me feel at ease. Even after getting gifts to have the same type of service elsewhere, I would always come back to Dick & Jane because no other place gives the same quality of service. Each time I come for an appointment, I receive an uplifting and friendly welcome from Cindee. The best part about dick & jane is the economical pricing for the exceptional service they provide.

 I've been coming here for a while, and have always had great service. Booking appointments is easy whether you call or book yourself online (just know that if you need to cancel/change you can't do that online and will need to call) and they try to accommodate you as best they can. They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking (look for the 99 Cents Only store!) which is nice. The whole place is clean, calm, and relaxing and all the ladies are friendly and welcoming. If you're a student or military, they also offer a discount on their already reasonable prices! 

 First time client and I'm super impressed. In and out in about 15 minutes. I love the barn doors and the color scheme, it makes you feel relaxed and clam. The place is also very clean which I'm a stickler for. The experience was a lot less painless than expected. You've gained a new customer. 

I went in for a same day appointment that they were able to fit in on a Saturday. It's always intimidating to go to a place like this as a dude, but receptionist at the front was nice and so was  my esthetician. Did a short (maybe 5 question) intake form and was immediately taken back. The service was fast, we small talked for a bit while she worked, and within 20 minutes I was headed home with a completely hairless back. Very nice with the 25% discount for first timers and for military too. Good experience all around. 

Best Brazilian wax experience I've had.  Needed a last minute appointment and they worked to fit me in the next day. THANK YOU! The esthetician is highly experienced and it shows. She was so easy going, quick, and thorough. Waxing is always painful, let's be honest BUT this was the least pain I have experienced during a wax. And the price? Can't beat it! I look forward to my next appointment.
